Yolelux currently ships within the United States only.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Yolelux is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
